Q.What is the $150 commitment deposit?⌄
It is a good-faith deposit that reserves your slot in this group buy. Once 5+ buyers join (Tier 1), the group forms and your $150 secures your right to the tiered discount. The deposit pays for your slot in the group — it is separate from the final product price.
Q.Where does the $3,500 "solo" price come from?⌄
$3,500 is the vendor's standard retail price — what they charge a single buyer who orders this package outside group buy. We do not inflate the "original" to fake a discount. Group buy unlocks tiered discounts down to $2,975 at full group size.
Q.What if only 8 buyers join — not 20?⌄
You still save. As long as the group forms (Tier 1, 5+ buyers), you get the best tier price reached when the group closes. Most groups settle between Tier 1 and Tier 2 — only the largest hit the maximum discount. Either way, you won't pay the solo price.
Q.What if I change my mind BEFORE the group forms (Tier 1)?⌄
You have two options:
Option A — Walk away: Cancel and receive a full refund of $150. No questions, no fees.
Option B — Buy solo instead: If you decide you want the product but can't wait for the group, your $150 deposit is credited against the solo price of $3,500. You only top up the difference of $3,350.
Q.What if I change my mind AFTER the group has formed (Tier 1+)?⌄
Once the group has formed, your slot is committed. You have two options:
Option A — Take the order at the current tier: Pay the current group-buy price (you receive the discount already unlocked). Your $150 commitment deposit was already used to secure your slot and is separate from the product price.
Option B — Don't order: Your $150 commitment deposit is forfeited. You will not be charged anything further, but the deposit cannot be refunded.
Q.Are the 4 payment stages charged with interest or fees?⌄
No interest, no hidden fees. The 4 stages (10% / 50% / 35% / 5%) are payment milestones aligned with the renovation timeline — they are NOT financing or installments. Each stage is invoiced separately when the work reaches that milestone. You only pay the discounted group-buy price, spread across these milestones.
