By claiming, you acknowledge that BTOGROUPRENO.SG PTE. LTD. will use your account email, phone number and coupon activity to issue and manage these coupons, prevent duplicate claims, and contact you about your coupons or orders. - Each coupon applies only to the products of the merchant named on it (for BTO Group Reno, our own renovation packages). Its minimum spend is counted on those products only, GST included, on listed prices before any coupon or credit. A coupon takes its stated amount off once, and can be used once. Only the account that claimed a coupon can use it.
- Tiered offer: spend S$10,000, S$20,000 or S$30,000 on our own products (GST included, before any coupon or credit) to get S$500, S$1,000 or S$1,500 off. Only the highest tier you qualify for applies, and the offer can be used once per account.
- Coupons apply on btogroupreno.sg while you are logged in. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash. Coupons may not be sold or transferred, and we may void coupons obtained through multiple accounts or misuse.
- Coupons from different merchants can be used in the same order, and together with the credits shown in My Credits. They cannot be combined with group-buy tier discounts and do not apply to group-buy deposits or balance payments.
- Claim between 24 Oct 2026 and 11 Nov 2026. Each coupon can be used until the date shown on it (latest: 30 Nov 2026, 11:59pm). An unused coupon has no value after that.
- We may end, suspend or change this offer or any coupon at any time, including before the stated expiry date, for example because of a pricing or system error, misuse, or a merchant being unable to supply. An ended coupon shows as "Ended" in your account and cannot be used. Orders already placed with a coupon applied before the change are not affected.
- A coupon counts as used once it is applied to an order that is placed and paid. If you cancel or are refunded after payment (in full or in part), the coupon is not reinstated, and the refund is based on the amount you actually paid after the discount. If the order is not paid and is cancelled or expires, the coupon is released. This does not affect your rights under law.
- Personal data. To claim these coupons you must register or log in. BTOGROUPRENO.SG PTE. LTD. will use your account email address, phone number, coupon claim record, and the coupon applied to each order (with the order number and discount amount) only to: (a) issue and manage the coupons; (b) verify coupon use and apply the correct discount; (c) detect and prevent misuse, including duplicate claims through multiple accounts, by comparing account and claim records; and (d) contact you about your coupons or orders, for example if a coupon is ended or an order needs attention. We do not give your coupon or claim records to merchants, and we will not use these details for marketing messages, including SMS or WhatsApp, without your separate consent. We keep these records only as long as needed for these purposes or as the law and our accounting require, then delete or anonymise them. Orders you place are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which also explains how to access or correct your data, withdraw consent and reach our Data Protection Officer.
- One claim per account.
- The number of redemptions is limited, and a coupon may become unavailable once its limit is reached.
- Merchant names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products each coupon applies to. Use of a name does not mean the merchant sponsors or endorses this offer. Coupons are funded by BTOGROUPRENO.SG PTE. LTD.
