At BTO Group Reno, we make the process smooth, affordable, and professionally managed. Here’s what it looks like when you renovate with us — from your first WhatsApp message to the final clean-up.
🧩 Step 1: Style Discovery & Free VR Design

We begin by understanding your lifestyle, layout, and budget. You’ll receive 3 free design concepts in 3D or VR based on your BTO type.
🏢 Step 2: Showroom Tour & Transparent Quotation
Next, visit our showroom and materials library. We’ll walk you through options and give you a full cost breakdown with no hidden charges.
🔨 Step 3: Factory-Built Custom Carpentry

We fabricate your cabinets and wardrobes using low-VOC boards, with every detail pre-planned. This reduces dust and delays.
🚚 Step 4: Delivery & Installation
Your home is delivered on schedule — usually within 4–6 weeks. Our in-house team ensures clean, efficient installation.
💬 Step 5: Aftercare & Handover
You’ll receive a walk-through and care instructions. We provide after-sales service, touch-ups, and warranty — all under one roof.

What Happens During Each Renovation Stage?
After key collection and site measurement, the renovation team prepares the layout, carpentry details and work schedule. Protection and demolition works normally come first, followed by masonry, plumbing and electrical preparation. Ceiling, painting, flooring and carpentry installation are then coordinated according to site readiness.
Homeowners should review electrical points, cabinet dimensions and material samples before fabrication begins. Once the built-in carpentry is installed, the contractor should conduct alignment checks, hardware adjustment and defect rectification. A final inspection should cover doors, drawers, silicone joints, electrical accessories, plumbing fixtures and surface finishes before handover.
